College of Health Technology, Calabar, will be a training institution of excellence with a clear focus on producing relevant and competent graduates, capable of providing efficient modern Primary Health Care Service(s).
To produce highly committed and devoted Community/Public Health Practitioners for the Primary Care tier of the Health Services, in an environment of highest quality teaching, learning and ethos compatible with Patient-Centred Community Practice.
The College will seek to produce graduates who are scientifically, vocationally, academically and ethically committed to practice community interactive health care with a view to preventing illness as first priority and essence.

Following approval from the National Board for Technical Education, the College has admitted its first batch of students for training in the National Diploma in Computer Science Programme. The HND component of the programme is expected to commence soon.
